Vintage Pens Feauture: Oxo Self-Filling Fountain Pen

You may have seen a few days ago that we posted up a picture of some vintage pens we'd got our hands on, well we thought it would be nice to show you some of them in greater detail - starting with this curious OXO Lever Fill Pen.

So turns out that many moons ago this little pen was offered as a prize in an Oxo Painting Book Competition, not sure quite what the competition involved, although I suppose it centred around colouring one of these books in.

The pen itself is very nice, with a 14 Carat Gold Iridium Tipped Nib, two gold coloured bands decorate the bottom of the cap and a good old fashioned springy clip ensures it will stay firmly into your pocket when in transit.

  1. I have one of these and wish to sell. What is it worth?
